The academy has been established for those with experience of training who want to develop their offering or who want to establish their own business. The academy has three modules – the first for those who want an introduction to EAL the second for those who have experience and want to develop it and the third for people who want to teach EAL as red horse associates.
Module 1
This is a two day programme for people who are already involved in personal development as coaches or facilitator and who are interested in adding Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) to their programmes. The emphasis for the two days in on experiencing learning with horses for yourself. It is an individual programme tailored to meet the needs and situtaion of the participant.
Investment: £650.00 (plus VAT). This includes lunches and refreshments but excludes accommodation.

Module 2
A three day course suitable for those with some experience of EAL/EAP who would like to learn how to offer it to their clients. It s also suitable for those already teaching EAL who would like to broaden their learning. Based on Beth's research work, participants learn how to design and deliver workshops most effectively to a range of clients. There is an optional 4th day on business aspects of EAL, including getting started and sales and marketing advice. This module can be delivered to individuals or groups and includes the opportunity to to assist in the delivery of an actual workshop. Beth is also happy to come to train you at your own venue. Investment: £1,250.00 (plus VAT) for three day incl lunch and materials or £1500.00 (plus VAT) to attend for four days. Prices exclude accommodation.

Module 3
This course is for those who wish to be associates of the red horse speaks. Being an associate entitles you to work under the red horse speaks banner and become a member of our community. Purpose: to practice teaching with support and supervision.
Investment: This varies but we aim to minimise the cost by providing opportunties to help out and our workshops or to come and help with one of yours.
Starting Up your EAL Business
Done all the training but not sure how to get started? Beth enjoys using her consultancy and coaching skills to help fledgling EAL businesses get started. She has already supported new centres in the UK and in Australia. The programme is designed to suit the needs of each client according to their experience and can include business planning, sales and marketing and planning the launch event. Most of this is done by phone and email. Beth is also happy to come to you to support your launch and/or first events.
