This is for people who would like offer equine assisted learning to groups or individuals. The programme is based on Beth's research work so that you will learn how to design and deliver workshops most effectively to a range of clients. The programme has three stages:
- Participation
- Learning
- Teaching
Participation
- Purpose: to find out what Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is by experiencing a programme for yourself. The day will also give you personal learning as well as being enjoyable and informative. There is a maximum of 8 participants per session. This is a pre-requisite for the learning Module for anyone who has not experienced EAL or other learning with horses.

- Prices: £120.00 (plus VAT)

Learning
This module is suitable for those with some experience of EAL/EAP who would like to learn how to offer it to their clients. It s also suitable for those already teaching EAL who would like to broaden their learning. Each course has an optinional 4th day on business aspects of EAL, including getting started and sales and marketing advice. There is a maximum of six people on each course to allow for individual learning.
- Purpose: to learn how to teach EAL.
- Pre-course work: There will be some reading required in advance of the course

- Prices: £1,000.00 (plus VAT) for three day incl lunch and materials or £1250.00 (plus VAT) to attend for four days. Accommodation is available locally. Beth is also happy to come to train you at your own venue. Please contact her for a tailored programme and costs.

If you would like to bring your whole team, please contact Beth to arrange dates and prices for your own tailored programme. This is specially suitable for those who would like to add corporate work into their therapeutic programme.
Teaching
This module is for those who wish to be associates of the red horse speaks. Being an associate entitles you to work under the red horse speaks banner and become a member of our community.
- Purpose: to practice teaching with support and supervision. Successful completion of this stage gives you full accreditation and associate membership.
- Investment: This varies but we aim to minimise the cost by providing opportunties to participate in our workshops or by helping you to run events with your own customers.
Starting Up your EAL Business
Done all the training but not sure how to get started? Beth enjoys using her consultancy and coaching skills to help fledgling EAL businesses get started. The programme is designed to suit the needs of each client according to their experience and can include business planning, sales and marketing and planning the launch event. Most of this is done by phone and email. Beth is also happy to come to you to support your launch and/or first events.
The red horse community
The red horse community is a group of people who all share the same values and enjoy working and learning together. It includes not only the red horse speaks practitioners but coaches, facilitators and complimentary therapists who are all happy to share their skills. It meets regularly for a mixture of learning, sharing best practice and mutual support.
