These are individually tailored programmes for people who already have some experience of EAL and are familiar with our work through attending workshops. The elements of the Learning Module are taught individually using a coaching approach to expand the student’s knowledge to the standards required. Apprentices also have the opportunity to volunteer at workshops and gradually to participate as teachers through leading one or more activities.

Costs vary according to learning required but are generally based on an hourly coaching rate.
