"We had 7 amazing teachers yesterday - Ginger, Sam, Stroller, Bobby, Sue, Beth and Aidan. If we hadn't I would still be feeling afraid of horses, now I think they  are truly wonderful ... and quite surprised myself. Powerful learning at every level.
I knew Beth would be there, she was enough reason to come, I knew we were in the safest, most expert and professional hands, and she more than lived up to my expectation.
To have an additional world-class horse-woman and an extraordinary support person whose sole purpose was to look after us and take photos made the event spectacular. I can't thank you 3 human teachers enough.
The things I learnt from the event which I can easily relate to clients are as follows:
1. Don't be afraid, just be yourself
2. Show respect and you'll get respect
3. Offer a strong lead, being wishy-washy won't get you anywhere
4. Don't take "no" for an answer if you're focused on a goal
5. If you mean business, show it
6. Don't give too many options
7. Go with them, watch for cues and clues
8. Connect with them at a deeper level
9. With trust and faith they will follow you
