Our corporate programmes focus primarily on the themes of leadership and team development. Learning with the horses provides an opportunity to develop and practise the personal and interpersonal skills in demand in the work place today such as:

• self-awareness
• respect for ourselves and others
• setting and achieving goals
• having clear limits and boundaries
• aligning words and actions
• being fully present in mind, body and spirit

We are licenced to deliver Insights^TM Personality Profiles and Bar-On Emotional Intelligence profiles. We have designed activities with the horses specifically around these products so that the learning goes beyond the theory laid out in the profiles and out into practical application in the arena. Feedback from clients is that this is considerably more effective than the traditional class-room learning and role play.

We can offer a full package of leadership or team development which can include the horses, facilitated workshops and 1:1 coaching or we can tailor workshops with the horses to link in with our client's own learning and development programmes.

2. Show respect and you'll get respect
3. Offer a strong lead, being wishy-washy won't get you anywhere
4. Don't take "no" for an answer if you're focused on a goal
5. If you mean business, show it
6. Don't give too many options
7. Go with them, watch for cues and clues
8. Connect with them at a deeper level
9. With trust and faith they will follow you
