Our coaching programme with the horses can provide a solution to a n umber of specific challenges such as:
- lack of confidence/need for assertiveness
- bullying in the work place (for both bully and victim)
We can also work at a deeper level with people who are going through change due to events such as promotion, redundancy, children leaving home and changing job.
We have noiced that some of our clients are also affected by the events going on in the world at present and are looking for greater clarity and purpose. Including some time with the horses in our coaching programmes helps to set new direction as well as simply lifting the spirit.
Our coaching sessions take place in a quiet, peaceful and private setting. We have delightful and very different horses so let them give you feedback or practice your new behaviour. They, along with one of our coaches will support your learning and help you move forward. Coaching with horses can also be part of our more traditional "talk" coaching programmes.

Invest in Yourself
Invest in Yourself is a 2 day programme (typically held over a weekend) for individuals. Working with Beth beforehand, you can decide the outcome you want and design your own programme. Sample topics include Finding your Purpose, Restoring your Work/Life Balance but there are many other possibilities - the choice is yours. There is always includes time with the horses and some personal reflection time. You can either stay with us on the farm or in local accommodation. We are happy to collect and return you to Aberdeen airport or the local train stations.

Learn to Coach like a Horse
This is a two day programme open to experienced coaches who have already attended any of our red horse speaks programmes. It was inspired by a coach was was amazed at how much she learned from the horses in a very short time and wanted to offer accelerated results to her clients even although she didn't have a horse to help her.
So, if you would like to offer accelerated results to your clients, this is the programme for you. It's desigend to be enjoyable and thought provoking - and you will also have the opportunity to practice your new found skills with both horses amd humans!

"I manage a team of project coordinators in a large medical company. Most training programs that I attended in my job tend to be rather theoretical and the  learning fades away after the initial fascination has passed and working life is back to normal.
My trip from Belgium to Scotland was absolutely worthwhile since the horses have given me a learning that went much deeper and is still much alive inside of me months later - especially Bluebell who gave me a pretty clear message.
I had serious problems with a team member who had like a wall around him and no matter what I did I could not really be in contact with him, let alone coach him. Bluebell had the same attitude towards me; she completely ignored me. She really reminded me so much of my team member. I was just standing still at a distance from her and, I guess, released my pressure on her. As soon as I did this, she walked straight towards me and made it clear she wanted a good rub.
