Founded by Beth Duff and her late husband in 1990, gentle leadership works with a range of organisations in sectors such as oil and gas, education, the health service, transport, finance and banking.

We are best known for our research backed equine guided education programme the red horse speaks which lies at the heart of much our work and enables us to deliver rapid results for our clients.

We enjoy working with individuals, teams and leaders from businesses of all sizes – from new start ups to long-established multi-nationals – and from all sectors. We have wide experience helping private, public and voluntary organisations. We also work with young people to help them develop life skills and self confidence.
