The training we offer has been developed by Beth Duff as a result of her background in leadership, team development and coaching.  Supporting her is a team of people who have all excelled in their chosen fields, whether in sales, psychology, finance, flying or international eventing,  Working in collaboration, they employ their diverse skills and training backgrounds to deliver informed perspectives on the demands of  your workplace and specifically tailored learning.

Beth Duff established the red horse speaks programme five years ago with her partner Aidan Duff. It grew out of their successful training partnership.

Aidan Duff is a coach, facilitator and author. He specialises in 1:1 work with clients as well as facilitating workshops with the horses.                 

Annette Brooks-Rooney is a coach, facilitator and Chartered Psychologist. She was formerly Professor of Management at Robert Gordon University

Sue Hendry is an equestrian coach and former international eventer

Andrea McColl was the RAF’s first female Tornado GR1 Navigator and, thanks to her RAF days, has excellent leadership skills

Emma Spence represented GB as a member of the pony show jumping team. These days she is a coach and facilitator and combines these talents selling and delivering workshops.

Sue Stephenson is an accountant as well as being a very successful coach. She brings both these talents to our workshops.

Ruth Vaughan-Henry has a successful background in sales and is also an excellent horsewoman

Lucy Wilkins has worked for many years in adult education.

Lisa Esslemont is our indispensable business support manager.

We were delighed to receive our IIP (Investors in People) award in 2005 and to have it renewed in 2008. As well as looking after the humans in our team, we lay a strong emphasis on the welfare of all the horses with whom we work.
