Sue joins Beth for the red horse speaks programme. She is a skilled coach, accountant and training consultant with nearly twenty years finance experience acquired within the public and private sector. Sue has worked with individuals and teams at all levels within a variety of organisations and has the ability to connect with people. Her ethos is to help individuals develop and fulfil their potential, whilst facilitating the delivery of organisational objectives. She is an excellent communicator and with her combination of training, coaching and financial skills Sue is able to explain complex and technical content in an uncomplicated manner.

Sue is a trained coach, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and gained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Durham. She is also a graduate of the red horse academy and now integrates her lifelong involvement with horses into her professional life.
