Liz Briscoe is a qualified Equine Sports Therapist, who also has a strong background in learning and development.

Prior to qualifiying as an Advanced Equine Body Worker (AEBW), Liz spent 13 years with international businesses, 10 years of which was in Hong Kong and Australia working in learning and development and then executive search and talent banking. 

At Morgan Stanley Asia (in Hong Kong) she spent 5 years in the Training and Development Group, and was responsible for researching,  developing and providing bespoke training across all Business units in the Asian region.  Following this she relocated to Sydney, Australia and spent 4 years working for Korn/Ferry International, one of the largest Executive Search firms as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services group. In addition to this she ran the Research Group for Asia and was tasked with working alongside the coaching and development arm of the business to work with existing clients on managing their current employees’ personal development.

Liz is an experienced project manager and facilitator with a focus on attention to detail and a passion for programme delivery and meeting clients needs and objectives.  She brings a strong skill set to the red horse speaks and will be working mainly but not exclusively across Central Scotland to deliver workshops.
