Aidan Duff

Aidan is an experienced Trainer, Facilitator and Coach. His purpose is to help organisations and individuals find their potential. This he achieves this through personal and group coaching, including the red horse speaks programme, teambuilding, facilitation and writing. As an accredited InsigAidan authorhts coach and facilitator, Aidan uses the Insights product as a part of his toolkit, although he also draws upon a variety of other tools and skills and is happy to apply them in the way that best moves individuals and organisations towards their goals. He enjoys nothing more than passing on his learning to others and watching individuals flourish in a world that may, at times, seem harsh and daunting.

His main strength lies in 1:1 Achievement Coaching with senior executives, team leaders and their team members. He has many hours of coaching experience, mainly in a corporate context. Aidan is an accredited Master Teacher of the "Personal Leadership Intensive" (PLITM) programme, a two-day intensive that allows his clients to identify their strengths and use these in the best way to achieve their goals. Aidan's friendly, sincere and warm personality is best used to connect and listen to individuals, or teams, valuing people for what they are and working with them to achieve their own goals and potential.

His love of writing had led Aidan to complete three books which await publication in 2008. "The Gentle Way" is a novel with a message, "Faces of God" is an uplifting tale, whilst the breadth of his creative writing skills can be found in the poetry within the red horse Wisdom Cards. The latter also includes Coaching in Values, using single concepts together with uplifting cards depicting horses from the red horse stable.

Aidan has travelled widely, although he bases his business in Aberdeenshire where he is always able to enjoy his love of horses, the countryside, golf and Scotland.
